A Rosy Strawberry Soup
1-1/2 cups strawberry preserves 1-1/4 cups sour cream 3/4 cup half and half 2/3 cup sherry 1-1/2 tablespoons grenadine 1 pint basket fresh strawberries, stemmed and halved
In large bowl whisk together preserves and sour cream. Stir in half and half, sherry and grenadine. Chill several hours. Just before serving mix in berries. Serve with spoons. Garnish with mint sprigs, if desired.

Chilled Strawberry Soup
1 quart strawberries 1/2 cup water 1/2 cup orange juice 1/2 cup sugar 2 cups yogurt
Mix all ingredients in blender. Chill.
