Hi Janis; This is the recipe from Bennigan's Cookbook
BENNIGAN'S COLE SLAW 1 lb.grated green cabbage(use large holes on grater) 11/2 cups mayonnaise 3 Tbsp.+ 1 tsp. red wine vinegar 2-3 tsp. Country Dijon Mustard 2-3 tsp. worcestershire sauce 2 Tbsp.+1 tsp. sugar 2 cups shredded carrots 2 tsp. celery seeds Combine all the ingredients except the cabbage and carrots into a mixing bowl and thoroughly mix using a wire whisk. Add the cabbage and carrots and mix thoroughly. Cover tightly and chill before serving.
