As far as buying the lavender, I bought it at Pike Place Market in an Indian Store where they had all sorts of spices and herbs so do you think that I would be safe in saying that there would be no preservatives added to it? I would tend to say yes but maybe will wait until the next time we go so I can ask...in the meantime these recipes sound fantastic.
I grow an assortment of herbs...not that many but like new and different recipes for them....I have a few types of lavender in pots, do you know where I could find a book that would tell me which parts were edible....I don't put anything toxic in my plants.
Thank you for the information and the recipes, will try them all.
