Lemon Sauce for Fruit

1 small package instant lemon pudding mix
1 cup creamed cottage cheese
1 tablespoon grated lemon peel
1 12 ounce can citrus flavored carbonated beverage

Beat pudding and beverage according to pudding package directions. Beat in cottage cheese and lemon peel. Pour 1/2 of mixture at a time into blender and blend on high until smooth. Refrigerate. Fold into fruit.

Lemonade Salad Dressing
From Betty Crocker

1/3 cup frozen lemonade (or limeade), unthawed
1/3 cup honey
1/3 cup salad oil
1 tsp. poppy seed or celery seed

Blend all ingredients with rotary beater. Makes 1 cup.
