Sarah, don't know if this is what you are looking for, however, here is a recipe in my collection.
Peach Cherry Pie From: 365 Great Pies You Can Bake by Lois Hill
Classic Double Crust Pastry for a 9-inch lattice-top pie
1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon sugar 2 tablespoons flour 2 cups peeled, sliced peaches 2 cups halved, pitted fresh sweet cherries 1/4 teaspoon almond extract 1 tablespoon lemon juice 2 tablespoons unsalted butter or margarine
Preheat the oven to 400 Degrees F. Prepare the pie pastry. Line the pie pan with the bottom crust, using half of the dough. Keep the remaining dough chilled.
Mix together 1/2 cup sugar and the flour. Sprinkle one fourth of the sugar mixture evenly over the bottom of the crust. Add the peaches, cherries, almond extract, and lemon juice to the remaining sugar mixture. Turn the filling into the crust and dot with butter. Roll out, cut, and lay the lattice strips. After the pie is latticed and crimped, sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of sugar over the lattice crust.
Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until golden brown.
