Hi, Teri! I make a summer salad using baked Ramen noodles as a crouton-like topping. Simply crush up a package or two of the noodles, place them in a baking pan along with slivered almonds. Bake them in a 350 degree oven until lightly browned and the almonds are toasted - be careful not to burn. Cool and store in an air-tight container. I usually use them on an Oriental chicken salad but they are good on any green salad. Hope this helps...Kate, MA
