We do grilled veggies using a grill pan ---the kind that has large holes in it. The veggies don't stick to the grill and you are able to get a wonderful brown color on them. I the slices lightly with olive oil and give them a good sprinkle with Santa Maria seasoning. --but am sure any good seasoning would be fine. Yellow squash, zuccini,red peppers and onions are my favorite combination. (no pre-cooking needed)
