You have mentioned three items in the white no-carb recipe that I've never heard of - whey protein, Splenda and No Whites - where do you get these, health food stores or gourmet shops where there are things in bulk?
I actually liked the sounds of the ABM recipe posted up top better - I tried making one of Dr. Atkins recipes for bread, and was totally grossed out by the texture and taste - made with soy powder and eggs, eggs, eggs! I tried to modify the recipe using some rye flour, Equal, maple flavoring, etc - but the soy and eggy flavor came thru anyway.
What would I have to do to modify the ABM recipe so it would work using regular bread making techniques - also can you tell me what those unfamiliar items are you talked about.
