At our Mountain Jack (Steakhouse) restaurants, they give you an optional (you must pay extra for it!) sauce for dipping your steak in. This has a gravy consistancy, and color to it, kind of a lighter brown color. They call it their Whiskey Peppercorn Sauce. It does have a little bit of a "bite" to it, but mmmmm is oh so good! I have looked on copy-kat recipies and Top Secret recipies and cannot find it anywhere. If someone knows of a good imitation of it, please let me know! Thanks!
