Hello,
My husband hunts ducks, but he does not pluck them. Instead he skins them. He uses the meat for shish-kebob. He marinates the meat in Durkees Grill Creations Italian Herb mix. He then alternates placing the duck pieces on skewars with squash, mushrooms and onions. He grills the kebobs and serves with wild rice. They love it!
