Broccoli Quiche with Phyllo Crust 4 sheets phyllo dough 1 c. chopped onions 2 pkg. chopped broccoli, thawed 12 eggs, beaten 8 oz. Velveeta cheese, shredded 1 c. milk 1 c. half & half Pepper, salt, garlic powder to taste *Variations: Spam, Swiss cheese, bacon or spinach, cheddar Line greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan with 4 sheets of phyllo dough folded in half. Layer onions, broccoli and 8 ounces of shredded Velveeta into crust. Beat eggs, milk and half & half together. Add seasonings. Pour into shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Serves 12.
