Cornflake Crackles Kids love these!
2 tablespoons honey 4 tablespoons sugar 6 tablespoons butter 5 to 6 cups cornflakes.
Place butter, honey and sugar in a saucepan. Bring to the boil and cook for 1 minute. Do not let this become too thick. Remove from heat and stir into the cornflakes. Place in paper patty pans and bake at 350F for 8 to 10 minutes until slightly brown. When cold they will be very crisp.
I prefer to very lightly crush the cornflakes (just squash slightly in handfulls) as the smaller pieces are easier to spoon into the paper patty pans.
