Crockpot Jambalaya
1 1/2 pound boneless chicken breasts, cut in cubes 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced 1 (28 ounces) can tomatoes 1 cup chicken broth 1 onion, chopped 1 green pepper, chopped 1 cup celery, diced 2 teaspoons oregano 2 teaspoons dried parsley 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper 1 pound cooked shrimp 2 cups cooked rice
Put all ingredients except shrimp and rice into crock pot; stir.
Cover and cook on low for approximately 7 hours.
About 30 minutes before serving, add cooked shrimp and cooked rice.
