Caramel Corn
* 2 cups Brown sugar * 1 cup margarine * 1/2 cup corn syrup * 1 tsp vanilla * 1 tsp baking soda * 4 quarts popcorn popped
Preheat oven to 200 degrees fahrenheit. Combine brown sugar, margarine, and corn syrup in a heavy saucepan. Bring to boil, cook and stir 5 minutes. Remove from heat, add vanilla and baking soda. Pour syrup over popcorn in a large bowl, mix quickly, spread on baking pan or tray. Bake one hour stirring every 10 mins.
