I got this recipe from the Morton Recipe Collection.

4 lg. cucumbers
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup white vinegar
4 teaspoons minced fresh dill
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper

Peel, seed and coarsely grate cucumber.
Drain in strainer. Place in a medium bowl.
Mix remaining ingredients. Cover &
refrigerate 24 hours.

Hope this helps. I guess you can use your own
discression on how to can this.

3 cups ground onions
3 cups ground cut up celery
2 hot red peppers ground up
2 sweet red peppers ground up
3/4 cup salt
1 1/2 quarts water
soak over night then in morning drain off all water.
Then bring to a boil the following ingredients:

then add the vegetables and boil 10 minutes. Put in
