Put 1 sliced onion in bottom of crock pot. Sprinkle pork loin with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Place on top of onion. Top with more onion slices. Mix: 1 cup hot water 2 Tbsp. soya sauce Pour over meat. Add 2 bay leaves to the water. Cover and cook on low for about 10 hours. Thicken gravy with corn starch and water.
