Cheese Ball

2 large pkgs. cream cheese
onion salt to taste
celery salt to taste
garlic powder to taste
instant onion to taste
l jar dried beef, chopped fine (I use blender or food processor)

Mix softened cream cheese, 1/2 - 3/4 of chopped cheese ball and seasonings together. Chill until somewhat firm or overnight - roll in remaining chopped dried beef. The BEST cheese ball ever. Hope this helps.
