I love the salsa from a little family owed mexican restaurant by where I use to work. It is a very basic salsa and I know the ingredients, but not the proprtions. I have tried to make it at home several times, but can't get it right. I thought maybe someone out there might make it the same way and could guide me through it. I saw them make it one day while I was waiting on a "to go" order. In a blender, they put tomatoes, dried red chili peppers, garlic cloves and salt. Then they pulse it until blended. The best way I can think of to describe the way it looks when it is done is like a slush. I live 45 miles from where I use to work, so it isn't convenient to run up and buy some. Also, since it is fresh it only stays good in the fridge for 2-3 days. So if anyone can help me out, I would be sooooooooo grateful!!! Thanks!
