1/2 (#10) can artichokes 1/4 Cup creamy Italian dressing 1 1/2 Cups fresh shredded parmesan 1 1/4 Cups mayonnaise 1 1/2 Cups grated swiss cheese 1 Cup green onions 1/2 can diced green chiles 2 Jalepeno pepper 1 Cup dry grated parmesan cheese
Prep: Combine all ingredients. Place into ceramic bowl which is microwave safe. Wrap bowl and refrigerate.
Service:
1 Bowl portioned artichoke French bread slices 1 Tbsp green onions
Microwave bowl 2 minutes at a time, remove, stir and replace. Repeat until dip is warm but not hot. Place French bread slices in oven for 1 minute (optional: brush with oil, additional parmesan cheese and chopped parsley) Garnish with sliced onions and serve immediately. |
