Here are a couple of recipes for the large tapioca style pudding.
TAPIOCA PUDDING
1/4 c. large pearl tapioca * 4 eggs 1/2 c. sugar 1 qt. milk butter cinnamon
*Cover tapioca with water and soak overnight. Cook tapioca until clear. Beat eggs; add sugar and milk. Dot with butter and sprinkle cinnamon on top.
Note: If small tapioca is used, there is no need to soak overnight. Grandmother took this wonderful pudding to her friends whenever they were not feeling well.
