Instant Potato Wonder

10 servings instant mashed potatoes
1 package [3 oz] light cream cheese
1 cup sour cream [I use Breakstone's 1/3 less]
1 1/2 tsp. dried chives
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
2 Tbs. margarine or butter

Prepare instant potatoes as directed on package but omit the margarine. Soften cream cheese on 70% power of microwave. Mix into potatoes; add sour cream, chives and garlic salt. Top with margarine and microwave on HIGH fpr 8-10 minutes. You can sprinkle with paprika if you wish.
