Chocolate Chip Cheese Ball
I took this to a cookout just yesterday and spent much of today on the phone, giving out the recipe. What a hit this is.

Cream together:
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 stick (1/2 cup) butter or margarine, softened

Add and mix well:
1/4 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. brown sugar
3/4 cup powdered sugar

Stir in:
3/4 cup mini chocolate chips

Mix well and refrigerate at least 2 hours.

Shape into a ball and roll in 3/4 cup finely chopped nuts (I used alnuts and pecans, toasted).

Serve with chocolate graham crackers.
