connie, i've been making this recipe for a very long time and everyone loves it. in a saucepan take 3c of milk, and add 3T of flour. mix until the flour dissolves, then add a stick of butter and put on low burner to simmer while you clean your canned salmon. add it to the cream sauce and let simmer while you cook 1lb. of egg noodles. rinse noodles then put cream sauce over top and salt and pepper to taste. if you have any questions let me know, it's really an easy recipe. |
