Great treat to take to your office to share with morning coffee.

Cinnamon Toast Cake

2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
2 t. baking powder
1 t. salt
1 c. milk
2 T. margarine, melted
1 t. vanilla

Glaze: 1/2 c. melted margarine, 1/2 c. sugar,
1 1/2 t. cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350. Sift dry ingredients, blend in rest of ingredients. Mix well and spread in greased and floured jelly roll pan or cookie sheet. Bake 20 minutes. Mix glaze and spread over warm cake, return to oven 10 more minutes. Cut into finger size pieces and keep in covered container.

This tastes just like delicious cinnamon toast and you always have the ingredients on hand!
