Here's one more my family loves:

Peanut Butter Chocolate Ice Cream

1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
1/2 Cup Half and Half or Milk
1/2 cup Sugar
1/4 cup egg substitute
3/4 teaspoon Vanilla
1/4-1/2 cup baking cocoa (for taste)
1/2 cup peanut butter

1. Combine cocoa and sugar in mixing bowl, processor, or blender and mix.

2. Blend in peanut butter ad eggs.

3. Add cream, half and half and vanilla.

4. Beat well and chill thoroughly.

5. Follow Ice Cream Maker directions.
