Jim putanesca is traditionaly a watery sauce.
All ingrediants can be added after you sautee the garlic.Cook until hot and serve.

sautee garlic in olive oil
add: anchovy-olives-capers-tomatos{canned or fresh}

Tradition has it that Italian women cook all day,if she was not home{} this meal takes minutes and has as much flavor as meals taking hours.
