Peanut Butter Mud Pie
1. Mix together:
2 c. peanut butter 1 c. powdered sugar 11 whole graham crackers, crushed
2. Sprinkle the bottom of a springform pan with:
unsweetened cocoa powder
3. Press the crust mixture into the bottom, and partway up the sides of the pan.
4. Spread over crust:
1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream, softene
5. Let set in the freezer for one hour.
6. Spread over ice cream:
one can of Hershey's brand fudge topping
7. Spread over top:
1/2 gal. Mud Pie or other chocolate-flavored ice cream, softened
8. Let set in freezer for several hours or overnight.
9. To serve, slice with a hot knife.
10. If you like, drizzle with:
melted caramel (optional) whipped cream (optional) cherries (optional)
