I have used a Brownie box mix in a disposable pizza pan. I made 2 or 3 different kinds - cream cheese swirl, carmel swirl, regular fudgie and regular cake like. It was a surprise for our boss. I slice wedges, topped them like a banana split.

I'm sure that you could top the brownie crust with sweetend cream cheese and then decorate with fruit and drizzle on carmel or choc. topping.
(I think that I just gained 10 lb.!!!)
