I had requested this recipe on another board. The information I got from a former employee of Olgas was that they use a vegetable soup base that they purchase from SYSCO Foods. They grind up cooked gyro meat and add to the soup base, then refrigerate it before serving. If you can't find a recipe for gyro meat, let me know.
