Seafood Salad/Casserole This dish can be a casserole while hot or a salad when cold - easy and very good, great for covered dish dinners. I have been making dish this for 30 years and everyone loves it.
1 cup cooked shrimp, cut into bite-size pieces 1 cup crab meat (can use imitation) 1 cup each chopped green peppers, onions and celery 1 cup mayonnaise (do not use salad dressing) 1 cup fresh bread crumbs
Mix together all ingredients, except only use 1/2 cup of the bread crumbs. Place in a 2 quart baking dish and cover with remaining 1/2 cup crumbs. Bake in 350 degree oven 45 min or until hot and bubbly.
