Here is something that is so easy. Take some softened cream cheese, mix in about half a can of jellied cranberry sauce,or some drained crushed pineapple, even some jelly would work. Use this to spread on some flour tortillas. Then put on a lettuce leaf. Add some alfalfa sprouts if you want, top with some slices of deli sliced turkey or ham. Just roll them up, cut into about 1 inch thick slices and voila, instant cold appetizer. They are really good. Some children I helped teach a class to made these and they loved them! You can be creative and fill with whatever you want. Also, if you just garnish your serving plate with some lettuce leaves or something easy like that, it looks spectacular and your family and friends will be so impressed!
