POLISH SAUSAGE Recipe #3
4 lbs. (coarsely) ground pork butt 1 lb. (coarsely) ground beef stew meat 2 Tablespoons (coarse-ground) black pepper 1 Tablespoon (fresh) marjoram leaves 8 cloves garlic (pressed) 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice 3-1/2 teaspoons salt 1 cup cold water
Combine all ingredients, mix well and stuff into hog casings or make into patties.
