Blender Microwave Pumpkin Pie
1 (16 oz.) can of pumpkin 1 (12 oz.) can of evaporated milk 2 eggs 1/2 cup of buttermilk baking mix (bisquick) 3/4 cup sugar or 18 packets of Equal 1/4 tsp ground cloves 1 tsp cinnamon 2 tsp. vanilla Whipped topping.
Spray a 9 inch glass pie pan with Pam.
Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend 1 to 2 minutes. Pour into pie plate.
Microwave at 50% power 15 to 20 minutes or until center jiggles slightly.
Let stand 15 minutes.
Cut and serve with whipped topping sprinkled with cinnamon.
