Here's a recipe for blackened seasoning:

SEASONING MIX

2 Tbsp Salt (I would use less)!
1 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp Ground black pepper
1 tsp White pepper
1 tsp Onion powder
1 tsp Ground cumin
1/2 tsp Gound cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp Sweet paprika
