Broiled Coconut/Pineapple Frosting
1/4 cup butter 1 cup light brown sugar 1 cup shredded coconut 1/2 cup pecans, chopped 1 cup drained, crushed pineapple
Melt butter and mix in reamining ingredients. Spread on a cooled 9x13 white or yellow sheet cake.
Broil 3 to 4 inches from broiler for about 3 minutes or until bubbly.
