Karen: I make mini egg rolls with the wonton wrappers. They are a hit wherever I go. Mix two packages of ground chicken, with 3 cloves chopped garlic, 1 head of napa cabbage (chopped fine), 2 bunches of scallions (chopped), salt, pepper, a few dashes of soy sauce. Fill each wrapper with about 1 teaspon of mixture. It really helps if you have someone helping you. Fry them in about 1/2 inch of oil. They are delicious. I ususally get 4 packages of wonton wrappers. There are usually 50 wrappers in each package. You can freeze these also.
Also, you can also add shrimp, water chestnuts to the recipe.
