I am looking for a pizza crust that someone has tried that I can make during a busy weekday. I already have a crust that uses yeast, but that doesn't work out during the week--takes too long. I'm thinking I need something that rises via baking powder? I can set up a 'pizza packet' the night before with the cheese and fixings (kind of a Chef-boy-R-Dee instant dinner made from scratch), but haven't figured out how to solve the crust problem.

We have already tried tortillas, french bread and foccacia-type crusts, but we would really prefer an actual crust with 'in the pantry' staples. We did try a Bisquick type crust--wasn't to our taste.
