In cleaning out my cupboard, I have found an over-abundance of Krusteaz Blueberry Pancake mix. (Three bags, in fact... my husband has been doing the grocery shopping lately...)

Other than pancakes, can anyone share ideas for using this mix in other things such as muffins, or cakes, cookies or anything?
