you are very funny. LOL.
there are so many varieties of mooncakes now... it used to be lotus seeds, red beans, double or single yolk, mixed nuts, savory and etc.
nowadays, there are baked and unbaked, with ice cream, chocolate, and many other strange ones...
i just don't know and can't catch up anymore.
btw, i found the strangest "zhong zhi" this dragon-boat festival? it has both "sweet and savory in one rice dumpling! it's very big and 1/2 of it is really "SWEET" and the other 1/2 has meat and other usual yolk and mushroom stuff. they called it "yin-yang zhong zhi" and apparently it's been in malaysia for many years. so you see, i can't possibly to know everything Asian! and this is chinese stuff!
