Chocolate Chip Cheese Ball
1 (8 oz) cream cheese, softened 1/2 cup real butter (NO substitutes) softened 1/4 teas vanilla 3/4 cup powdered sugar 2 Tbls brown sugar 3/4 cup mini semisweet chocolate chips 3/4 cup finely chopped pecans
Beat cream cheese, butter and vanilla until fluffy. Gradually add sugars, beat just until combined. Stir in chocolate chips. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Roll into ball and cover with pecans. Can serve with or without pecans. Make at least one day ahead. Serve with graham crackers.
