Hi Teresa, this might be what you're looking for....

CARMEL CORN "To Die For"
submitted by Carolyn Hoelzle
This is an absolutely wonderful recipe for a treat that anyone with a sweet tooth will go crazy for. People can't stop eating it. I put it in pretty tins and give it for Christmas (also, a good winter treat).

2 bags hull-less popped corn (in snack aisle)
1 cup butter
2 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup corn syrup
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla

Melt butter, stir in brown sugar, corn syrup, and salt. Bring to boil. Stir constantly. Boil 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in soda and vanilla. Mixture will foam--Pour over popcorn in a roasting pan. Bake 250 degrees for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.--Store in an airtight
container.
