Crazy Chocolate Cake
source: Favorite Recipes I (Sunset/'69)

l l/2 c flour
1 c sugar
3 T unsweetened cocoa
1 t soda
l/2 t salt
6 T oil
1 T vinegar
1 t vanilla
1 c cold water

in 9-inch ungreased pan, place dry ingredients.
Make 3 depressions. Distribute oil, vinegar and vanilla. Pour water over all. Use slotted spoon mix and scape bottom till mixed. Bake 350 degrees about 28 minutes till tests just done. Do not overbake. It's really good - just plain.
