Thaw frozen puff pastry. Roll out slightly on cloth. Spread with soft butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Roll up like a jelly roll. Cut into slices. Roll the slices out thin on a cinnamon sugar covered cloth. Place on cookie sheet and bake in 350 oven until crisp. If the dough gets too soft, chill slightly until it's easy to handle.
