This is my favourite quick summer dessert (or breakfast!) So simple and so tasty. I usually reduce the sugar because the nectarines are sweet. EnjoyTracey

PLUM WITH ORANGE AND MINT

1/2 pound plums (about 2)
1/2 pound nectarines (about 2)
1/4 cup fresh orange juice
1 tablespoon finely shredded fresh mint leaves
1/2 tablespoon sugar

Halve and pit plums. Cut plums into thin wedges and in a bowl toss with remaining ingredients. Chill plum mixture, covered, stirring occasionally, at least 2 hours and up to 8.

Yield: 4 servings
