I'm not sure if this is a considered camping recipe or not, but use the foil cooking bags that you can buy (or make your own out of heavy duty foil) and put chicken, potatoes, and vegetables or whatever you're in the mood for in the bag and cook it over the fire or on the bbq. It's easy, fast and clean-up is a snap. Dang, does that sound like the commerical or what ! ! !
