Recipe(tried): Pineapple Cheese Ball

Pineapple Cheese Ball

2 (8 oz.) Packages Cream Cheese (I use Philadelphia Brand Softened
l (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple --drained
1/4 cup Bell Pepper(green and/or red)
1/4 cup chopped green onions
2 cups chopped pecans (l cup mixed with above ingredients and l cup for outside of ball)

In large bowl, mix all ingredients together and form round ball..place on serving plate and top with your l cup pecans..refrigerate overnight and serve on your favorite crackers.

This recipe is very good at luncheons, parties, pool parties, showers..or just for just a good thing to snack on.
