Ginger Cordial Making Cordials & Liqueurs at Home, J.P. Farrell
3/4 Tsp Ground Ginger 1 Fifth Brandy 1 1/2 Cups Sugar Syrup Or Honey Add the ginger to the brandy and shake well. Steep for six days. Filter through cheesecloth. Add the sugar syrup or honey. If using honey, shake well and let stand for 3 weeks; siphon off the clear liquid.
