Since you are having abour 40 people, if I were you I'd make a couple of the delicious desserts suggested and just mix and match and then let your guest decide which they would like. I think that makes a very pretty presentation and everyone loves choices. I've copied them all and plan to make them once it cools off. I hope you have a great time.
