I haven't tried this recipe but hopefully it's the one you're looking for...

Cream Cheese Ice Cream
alt.food.ice-cream/Tatiana S. (1999)

2 cups Philadelphia cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1 cup whipping cream

Blend everything, adding more sugar if desired, and churn in the ice cream maker for about 20 minutes.
