Eileen, If you try Alaska Sourest Dough, I think you will like it.

I made the recipe and still have the starter in frig, I make mine in the bread machine and set for dough, take out and put in a loaf pan and bake in the oven at 350 for 25 minutes. The recipe is for Bread machine, I just like the loaf better.
